I'm Javid Owji, and eNotary One is my notary practice in the Orlando area. Most of my work is Remote Online Notary sessions. You sign on a live, recorded video call, and I verify your ID, watch you sign and complete the certificate, the same duties I'd perform across a table.
I've spent more than 18 years closing loans for lenders, title companies and attorneys, so I read your document before we meet, not during. A Remote Online Notary appointment works from a laptop, tablet or phone, day or night, and I answer the phone myself at 407-252-5276, any hour. There's no dispatcher and no pool of strangers. The person you talk to is the notary on your screen.
A session takes about as long as it takes you to find your ID. You upload the document, show your ID to the camera, answer a few identity questions and sign where I show you. I apply my electronic seal, and the encrypted file comes back to you or goes straight to your lender, attorney or title company. Evenings and weekends are ordinary for me, because borrowers travel, sellers move early and attorneys send packages at night.
Video isn't always the right tool. Some files need a notary in the room: a lender or county that requires wet ink, a signer in a hospital, nursing home or assisted living, a jail or detention center visit, a VIN inspection on the vehicle itself, or a signer who would rather sit across a table. When that's the case, I come to you in Seminole, Orange, Osceola, Volusia, Lake, Polk and Brevard counties. If you're not sure which you need, call and describe the document. Most people arrive with one particular situation, so here is how I sort them. Get your notarized file
The completed, encrypted document comes back to you, or straight to your lender, attorney or title company.

When you book eNotary One, you get me. I answer the phone, I review the document, and I'm the notary on camera or at your door. There's no dispatcher and no pool of strangers.
Most of my career has been loan closings for attorneys, lenders, brokers and title companies. That work taught me where signers skip an initial, where a name doesn't match the ID, and which missing page will hold up a funding. I bring the same checklist to a one-page affidavit.

What do I need for an online session?
A camera, a steady connection and a current photo ID.
A laptop, tablet or phone all work. Sit somewhere quiet with light on your face, and keep a second ID nearby in case the first is hard to read on camera.
Is a remote notarization legal in Florida?
Yes, when it follows Chapter 117.

What does it cost?
It depends on the file.
