Online Document Notarization

Affidavits, loan packages, I-9s, and more—notarized online with accurate 24/7 scheduling.

Online Document Notarization

If you're wondering whether I can notarize your document, the answer is almost always yes. The better question is whether it can be done on video or needs me in person. Online Document Notarization covers most affidavits, deeds, estate papers and consent forms, and most files finish in an Online Document Notarization session on video.

I'm Javid Owji. The rest I handle at your door, anywhere in seven Central Florida counties. Online Document Notarization still means a real ID check, a witnessed signature and a completed certificate, the same as at a desk. If you've never tried it, Remote Online Notary. Call or text 407-252-5276.

Most documents are usually fine on video: affidavits and sworn statements, powers of attorney (with witness planning), deeds, consent forms, business documents and most loan packages. Some need me in the room: VIN inspections, I-9 document review, jail and hospital signings, and anything the recipient insists be signed in wet ink. The catalog below shows which is which, and I'll tell you before you pay for a session if yours is on the wrong side of that line.

Ask the recipient first. The bank, court, school or agency that will receive your document decides whether it accepts an online notarization, and a two-minute call to them saves paying twice. I also can't choose the form for you. If your document doesn't already have a notarial certificate on it, whoever drafted it should tell you which one to use. I can explain how the wording works, but picking it would be legal advice, and a notary isn't allowed to give it.

Before any session, I read the document. I check that the names match the ID, that every blank which should be filled is filled, and that nothing is missing, because it's far easier to fix a page beforehand than with the signer on camera. A one-page travel consent gets the same care I give a hundred-page refinance, which is how I worked for more than 18 years of loan closings. Then I record the notarization in my journal. The document itself stays with you, and I don't keep a copy.

A video session is quick once your ID is verified. If you want to see what it's like before booking, Virtual Notary Services is walked through step by step on its own page. You'll need a camera, a steady connection and a current photo ID, and the signing happens electronically, so there's no printing.

Closings come up often enough that they have their own page. For Remote Notary Services, I review the whole package before we meet and handle the return exactly as the instructions say. Estate and family paper is the other big category, and Florida is strict about witnesses for Notarizing a Power of Attorney in Florida, which is why that topic gets its own page too.

Hospitals, nursing homes and jails are different, and I plan them carefully because the family is already under stress. Before I drive out, I'll ask you to confirm that the signer is alert and understands what they're signing, that they have a current photo ID with them (or the facility can provide the ID it holds), what the facility's visiting rules and hours are (jails often need an appointment), whether witnesses are needed and who they'll be, and that the document is complete with no blanks left for the day. If a signer can't understand the document or sign willingly, I can't notarize it, and I'll tell you that kindly and plainly.

Getting married? Wedding Officiant Services, and I handle the name-change paperwork afterward. Most documents going overseas need an Online Apostille Services after I notarize them, so tell me the country when you book. I'll tell you whether the order of steps matters before you sign anything.

I can't draft documents, and I'd rather say so up front. Pricing is explained on one page: Online Notary Services, with the Florida cap on the notarial act, and travel and the platform quoted separately. I also explain Online Notary Public on my notary page, since people ask which one their paperwork needs.

Not sure what ID works? Here is the list of What Type of Identification Is Acceptable for Notarization?. Weekend and evening visits are normal, including hospitals and care facilities with visiting hours, and the counties I travel to are listed under Service Areas. Send the document type and your deadline through the Contact, or call or text 407-252-5276.

It's nice that Javid travels to your place. He's very respectful and works fast.

Documents I notarize

Real estate and lending

  • Purchase and refinance packages
  • HELOCs and reverse mortgages
  • Deeds and quitclaim deeds
  • Occupancy and name affidavits
  • Lien releases and satisfactions

Full Remote Notary Services have their own page.

Estate and family

  • Last will and testament
  • Living wills and health care directives
  • Trust documents
  • Safe-deposit box inventories

Florida has strict witness rules for Notarizing a Power of Attorney in Florida. The IRS's own tax POA is a different form: Form 2848.

Children and travel

  • Consent for a minor to travel
  • Guardianship and custody affidavits
  • Adoption papers
  • School and passport forms that need a sworn statement

Vehicles and work

  • VIN verification on Florida form HSMV 82042, in person
  • Form I-9 document review as your authorized representative, in person
  • Employment affidavits and verifications

An I-9 review isn't a notarial act, so there's no seal. It's a careful look at original documents on the employer's behalf.

Court, insurance and personal

  • Affidavits and sworn statements
  • Name-change forms
  • Insurance claims and proofs of loss
  • Letters of authorization

Getting married? Wedding Officiant Services, and handle the name-change paperwork afterward.

Going abroad

  • Diplomas and transcripts (notarized copies or statements)
  • Corporate resolutions and articles
  • Powers of attorney for use overseas

Most of these need an Online Apostille Services after I notarize them. Tell me the country when you book.

Quick answers

Can you prepare the document for me?

No.

A notary can't draft legal documents or choose the form. Bring the finished document; I'll notarize it.

What will it cost?

It depends on the act and the trip.

Florida caps the notarial act; travel and the platform are separate. Online Notary Services is explained on one page.

What ID do I need?

A current government photo ID.

Here's the list of What Type of Identification Is Acceptable for Notarization?.

My document isn't listed. Can you still help?

Probably.

Call and describe it. If it isn't something a notary can do, I'll point you to who can.

I already signed it. Is that a problem?

For an acknowledgment, usually not. For a jurat, yes.

With an acknowledgment, you confirm to me that the signature is yours. A jurat has to be signed in front of me, after you take the oath.

Do you keep a copy of my document?

No.

I record the notarization in my journal, and video sessions are recorded as Florida requires. The document itself stays with you.

Can you come on a weekend?

Yes.

Weekend and evening visits are normal, including hospitals and care facilities with visiting hours.

Who you're working with

I've spent more than 18 years reviewing documents for lenders and attorneys, so I read yours before we meet, check the names against the ID, and make sure every blank that should be filled is filled. You'll get the same care for a one-page travel consent as for a hundred-page refinance.
