I have a great deal of knowledge in organizing loan packages to bring to the signing table for the Borrower(s) to fully execute, as well as reviewing the documents to ensure closing packages are complete and notarized properly. 

I am familiar with the process of returning closing packages in a timely manner to lenders/closing agents so disbursements can be made. I have a profound need to make sure all of the t?s are crossed and the i?s are dotted because being accurate has my highest priority.
